Action journal

The Action journal is an audit log: it records users' actions on system entities (creation, change, deletion and so on) and lets you trace who changed what and when. It is available to users with user-management rights.

Filters

The filter bar above the table lets you narrow the selection:

  • Companies — one or several companies;
  • Users — one or several users;
  • Action type — one or several action types;
  • Entity type — which entity the action was performed on;
  • Search — by entity name;
  • Period — a date range.

The "Apply" button refreshes the table for the given conditions.

Change details

The "Changes" button in a row opens a dialog with the operation details: a description and a table of changed fields in the Field / Old value / New value format. If there are no field changes, the message "No changes" is shown.

Below the table there is page navigation with a choice of rows per page (from 5 to 1,000,000), export to Excel and the total number of records ("Total").
