Service

The Service section is intended for tracking and planning maintenance work on monitored objects: insurance renewal, scheduled maintenance, tire change, oil change, etc. The section lets you set the recurrence of such work and track its due dates, keep a history of work already performed, and get reports on it together with maintenance cost. The section is shown to users who have it enabled in their access rights, provided they also have access to viewing history — the same right required for the "Analytics", "History", and "Reports" sections.

The section menu is located on the left side of the screen; it is collapsed by default, but can be expanded with the button at the top of the menu.

The menu contains three subsections:

• Service tasks — planned work on objects and tracking of due dates;
• Completed works — a record of work already performed;
• Service reports — reports on completed work and its cost.
