Appendix 2. Device connection ports
For a monitoring object to send data to the System, the server address and the port matching the device protocol must be configured in the device (tracker) itself.
- The server address depends on the particular System installation and is provided by your monitoring service provider. For self-hosted (on-premises) copies of the System the address is set by the administrator during deployment and may differ. Check the device-configuration address with your operator.
- The port depends on the device protocol (model) and is listed in the table below. The port value is the same across all System installations.
